2. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay.
4. Delivery
See our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. See Exchange & Returns.
6. Product information
We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary. Items shown for styling only are named as not included on each product page.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, designs and the NE LONDON name and logo, belongs to NE LONDON and may not be used without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
