Not quite right? We make exchanges and returns simple.

Our returns window
You can exchange or return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Under UK consumer law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it; we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you sent them).
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Sets bought as a set are returned as a complete set.
- Items shown for styling only (named as not included on each product page) are not part of your order.
How to exchange or return
- Email nelondon@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange or return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and keep your proof of postage.
Exchanges
Need another size? Tell us the size you'd like and we'll send it as soon as your return arrives, subject to availability.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including return postage.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
